How we work
We are a small shop with one main marketer, Kevin Banet, and several assistants. He answers his phone, and thus you will get personalized service.
Steps to start working with us:
- Set up an appointment with us.
- Learn, through a phone call, how our program or service could work for your agency.
- Make the initial one-time down payment to begin the program.
Other details of working with us:
- We will explain deliverables and expected promotion results.
- We offer both one-time projects, such as website design, and monthly marketing programs done for a retainer.
- We will work closely with you on written material and ask for approval for our copy, such as emails, sales letters and website copyj to make sure we are properly representing your brand. However, we have earned the trust of many of our clients and they allow us to turn out minor items without prior review.
- Monthly retainers will be invoiced on the first of the month after the service month just completed.
- Submit payment via our invoice, or we will take your credit card over the phone.
- We expect payment within 15 days of sending your invoice.
