What home care agency would not want good, qualified caregivers to take care of their clients?

A month ago we were approached by a home care agency in the Chicago area asking if I could run social media ads to find caregivers.

After designing a collection of ads with a variety of images, we were able to find seven candidates within five days of ads, from Sept. 12 – 16.

  • Appeal to their sense of integrity and compassion that is needed for this type of position
  • Explain how a given agency treats its workers well in terms of pay, training, and company culture.
